A very popular vegetarian restaurant. They serve many vegan dishes, which are clearly marked, including veggie burgers, mushroom and ale pie, salad and stir fries.
Their salad selection includes: an organic detox salad, with beetroot, carrot, fennel, sprouting beans, sultanas, coriander, seeds; a salad of courgette ribbons, fennel, orange, green olive, sprouts, parsley, lemon cumin dressing, and a salad mixed with butterbeans, chargrilled vegetables, baby spinach and vegan basil pesto.
They have a wonderful selection of vegan desserts such as raw chocolate cake with raspberries and cacao nibs, coconut panna cotta with salted caramel espresso sauce and a mixed summer berry pudding.
They also have a variety of freshly squeezed organic juices.

Organic healthy vegan food, served as a buffet and a-la-carte, as well as a separate raw menu and a juice bar. They take pride in serving healthy vegan food. Vantra Vitao’s mission statement states:

Where all vegan diets are free from cholesterol, our specialist foods go a step further and avoid, not only animal products which are carcinogenic, mycotoxic and highly acidic, but also plant based produce such as corn products, peanuts and cashew nuts.”
They say they practice the principles of food combining in the preparation of all of our meals ensuring that you can easily select only those foods that work well together when digested.
They also have a choice of sugar free, raw gorgeous vegan deserts, with the selection changing daily. Some examples include: a chocolate orange tarte – Soft, smooth chocolate mousse with a cacao nib crust, served with a mixed berry compote; and a mango cheesecake – fresh mango blended with macadamia-ricotta, with a lemon and coconut crust, served with a mixed berry compote.

WILD FOOD CAFE
Mostly raw cafe. Menu includes living food burger, falafel, salads, hot soups and desserts. Vegan items clearly labelled. Expect items such as a wild cult sandwich with kale chips, wild masala dosa and white chocolate tart with caramel brittle.
They also serve organic beer and cider, as well as organic fresh juices and smoothies.
